Return Policy
Starting online returns is easy
- Enter your email address and verification code to sign in.
- Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions — only 4 steps to complete the returns request and submit.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be in unused and resellable condition, or be defective.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What items are non-refundable?
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
- Final sale products.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order.
- Items that show signs of wear.
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items (if applicable).
Damage, loss, or theft issues
- If the purchased product is faulty, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If the purchased product is lost or stolen, please collect evidence and contact us immediately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Return Shipping
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return request is approved — there is no cost to you for return shipping.
- There are no restocking fees.
- Simply pack the item(s) securely and drop off the package at the designated carrier location indicated on your return label.

Refund solutions
- Refund to your original payment method, with return shipping fee deducted.
- Refund to your Self Indulge store credit with waived return shipping fee.
How soon will I get my refund?
- After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us. It will take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Refunds to store credit are immediate.
